I came in on Friday evening to order a cake for Sunday at 12 PM pick up. I get there shortly after 12 PM and asked to pick up my order . They look and try to find it, and oh by the way they didn’t make it. The same woman was there that took my order, and she said oh I wrote down that it was pick up tomorrow on Monday. I’ve then picked up a premade cake that was sitting right there, and it took them another 10 minutes just write happy birthday on it. Very highly upset.
