Had an amazing experience at this location. Awesome customer service!! Bought couple of phones for me and my family and they have tons of promotions and deals for this Holiday season. A must visit and also they are open till 9PM on Christmas eve!! Hats Off guys!! keep up the good work!!
Had to change service do to new worker didn't even try to help fix a problem with my iphone 11 pro max paid 1200 for it and 3 months later started not hold charge and they said they wouldn't do anything about it i would have to buy and new one. They have zero customer service skills also i had to wait an additional 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open but the whole staff was late to work and to open the store up.
Metro PCS in Azle is the best! The guys there are so sweet and pay attention to their customers needs. I would never go anywhere else!

The agent at the counter lied to me and tried to make me upgrade to a more expensive plan. They're so unhelpful that it's not even worth wasting your time to walk into the store. They have no desire to help unless they can charge you for something.
