It is much as I enjoyed shopping at Sam's Club today November 13th late afternoon- I didn't appreciate getting hassled at the cashier regarding membership which my card doesn't expire until December 3rd 2020 I have the receipt from last year- although the cashier brought it to my attention it expired in October, I reassured him that I have the receipt home that states December 3rd and I will bring it back when I do renew my membership. Okay when all is said and done and my order was placed in my electric cart I was told I couldn't go beyond the front door that stressed me out to the max I am a senior citizen I have a disability I use a cane I have a handicap permit and I didn't appreciate being told I couldn't take the card outside, because that's where I got the car and brought it in - I very nicely told the cashier somebody can come out with me and just bring this card back in or is it all you can get me the manager this is not the first time but let it be the last time I know you have rules but there should always be somebody available to go outside with a senior that is using electric cart and bring it back in and not give him a hard time at the cashier's check out. I want to acknowledge a very nice young lady who works in Sam's Club but she is from Cross Mart a food server she came right up to the cashier and said I will help her out I will bring the cart in that's all you have to do you don't have to make a big deal out of something when you see that the woman meaning me has difficulty standing is using the electric card as well as a cane. Her name is Barbara she came right outside with me she was kind courteous and considerate she loaded my groceries into my trunk and wished me a happy day. So she should be commended just for being nice and extending a helping hand. But what I will say is if you have electric carts in the store and you have people with disabilities and difficulty getting around there's no reason why they can't take those cards out with one of your workers and have them bring it back in and not give that person a hard time I say all this to you in a nice way because it is really on my last and final nerve my membership pays your workers maybe it even pays you to so I don't need a hard time from anybody especially with all the nonsense that's going on in the world now, your customer should be your priority and their satisfaction with way they're treated should be at the top of your list. So like I say Barbara from Cross smart that was in your store today Sam's Club in Provo is the one person that extended a helping hand with a smile need I say more she should be commended. And yes I will still shop at Sam's Club and hopefully I won't have any more problems. As all I need to do is get up and try to stand up and walk out the store and full that's a lawsuit in the making when I'm telling you right then and there I can't walk a distance. So keep a good thought and keep my comment in mind. As the next step I'll take is I'll send a letter right to Sam's Club headquarters which I already have the address. You have enough of workers in the store that stand around and look up at the ceiling that could lend a helping hand without being asked.

I love their app. I can do my shopping and have a contactless experience by simply scanning my groceries and then pay with the app. Don't even need to wait on the line for that. This is is perfect for rush-hour shopping. In addition, they have quality products and they never disappoint me with their selection. I come tho this store all the time even though I need to drive 20+ miles to get here.

I placed a curbside order. The order was filled quickly, the staff brought it out promptly and were very friendly.

Outside of people cutting in front of after waiting 20 plus minutes. . . I try my best to get gasoline here. Regular across the street is 2.40 9/10 a gallon. I love getting my premium at nearly the same price. Might seem like pennies to you but it more than pays for annual membership in no time
