I came into this store upset about some billing issues. Kaleb Porter helped me. He totally took care of all my needs and basically saved T-Mobile from losing my 7 phone accounts. Great customer service.
Great service! I needed to change plans from a different carrier and they made the process a lot easier. Wes is a great employer and answered all my questions. He gives an admirable customer service, helping with anything I needed.

Wes is the best employee T-mobile has!!! I went from Taylorsville all the way to Provo just to work with him. I will not work with anyone else. He moved all my info from my broken Note 8 to an iPhone 11 without batting an eye. Please please make this man a manager he definitely deserves it!!
The staff are always amazing! They are also very insightful and kind! I hate going to other locations due to being use to the service I get at this location! Love the staff!
