Absolutely horrible experience. Been a long time customer of this store. Dealt with a young lady in paint who was busy on here phone when we arrived. She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t FEEL comfortable mixing our paint bucket. We have had the bucket mixed 2 weeks prior. Chris the manager told me it wasn’t company policy not to mix it but they go off how they feel. Nothing has changed with the bucket from the last time it was shaken. We unfortunately just didn’t get around to painting. I just asked Chris for them to be consistent and not make up rules on whoever is working. Feel like he wanted to back up his employee instead of making it right. I will not be returning to this store. Unfortunately this was my Home Depot have have gone to since I moved to Keller 15 years ago and we both have Home Depot cards.
The sales associate, Ricky, was super helpful and went over & beyond.n5 stars for the associates.nHowever, Home Depot has some strange policies.nI wanted (and bought) an over-the-range microwave.nI would have liked them to install it.nApparently, you can't get the installation service ($99) unless you have the appliance delivered ($60).nIm 4 miles from the store.nThe microwave fits nicely in the back of my jeep. There is also a $25 fee for hauling away. All this for a $250 microwave.nI'm not happy with this policy.nOther than that, I really like Home Depot.
As long as I spent in this store with my mother, it was actually a good experience. We went to get only 4 items and ended with a dishwasher and new refrigerator. Our customer service representative Joseph was very patient and kind. He was willing to check availability and prices until we found what we needed. He was very experienced and fast on the computer and got us out of there as quickly as possible. I would definitely go back.
We went looking for solar powered flood lights for the yard. Not only did we find them, but there was a great employee there that was so helpful we bought more than planned. Also found some fantastic cat nip to grow.
