Bought a new dining room table and upon assy found a gouge on the top surface. Called furniture medic and Lydia was able to come out and repair it in less than a hour. Simply incredible experience and no sign of the gouge! Strongly recommended!!
My experience was very pleasant. Furniture Medic was very professional as well as responsive to all my calls and text messages during the process. Furniture Medic fully restored three sentimental furniture pieces that were passed down to me from my late Great Grandmother and my late Uncle. Very professional experience. I had a leather reclining loveseat repaired.When they were fixing the furniture they found more problems than what i thought. They had already quoted me a price so they said they would honor that price and not charge me more for the extra work.They told us it would be a few weeks but we got it back in ONE WEEK!!! They took photos, wore masked, always texted with new updates. Convenient payment methods. COVID-19 friendly. Super nice. I would highly recommend them for repairs. Thank you so much for your honest and hard work my loveseat looks and works like new!!!
