I'm very happy about my purchase today, and absolutely love this store.. Would recommend to everyone..nFrom the start of her assisting me over the phone until the time I walked out of the store.. This young lady in furniture has exceptional customer service, she went above and beyond. I had been searching for this recliner for months, was told it was out of stock and wasn't available anywhere.. she helped me find the item and on top of that assisted me in getting the exact item... right choice.. I also want to Thank the store manager as well, they are training the employees up right.. Thank you all so much

This Keller Location has exceptional customer service!! No locations had the items in stock that I was looking for but this location. I called and verified with Dean they had it in stock. He was happy to physically put his eyes on the item to ensure it would be available and on hold for me. I drove 45 minutes to this location. Dean was so gracious to even help me load my vehicle. Sarah was so enthusiastic to help me and gave me stellar customer service upon entering the store and checking out! Couldn’t be happier with the service! This location Rocks!!!

Poor customer service. As my family walked in we were not greeted by cashier that didn’t have any customers. She just made eye contact with us but said nothing. We passed associates as we were in the furniture section and not one asked if we needed assistance. We will not return. Two stars because it was clean.

Shop at NRH store due to location. Recently bought furniture there. Amanda was the salesperson that helped me. Ask for her. She was super nice and helpful. Had to go to Keller due to inventory. My salesperson was Azaria. I never thought to find another salesperson as good as Amanda, but she was. It was so refreshing to have 2 good experiences like these. My reviews of my purchases will reflect their upbeat attitudes.
