Great experience! Highly recommend! Great service from a friendly team of Experts and Leadership.
Went on a Tuesday and they were closed. I updated the Google Hours to reflect that. The sign on the door said open Mon-Sat 11am-6pm. The T-Mobile website says closed on Tuesdays and open on Sundays. I suggest checking their website before going in.
Nate is wonderful. He knows his his way around phones and is very patient.
Went to this store at 11:45 this AM and it was locked up tight. Lock box on the door and the window gates were down. Sign on the door says they open at 11...
From the moment I walked into this store, I was greeted by the store manager. I knew what I wanted before walking in, I was surprised that he understood my wants and needs. He was so peaceful about it too, like if he knew he could make it happen and he did. Like wow! If I could give this location a 10 star I would. They all have great customer service, Pablo was also great helping my mom get her new JBL speaker all together. We both walked out with something new and very pleased. (: keep up the great work!
