Terrible customer service. The Southlake location is almost impossible to reach by phone if you want to actually speak with someone. Sure, you can go to their website and use the messaging feature or you can leave a voice message on the phone, or you can text. This is incredibly inefficient. Williamson Music 1st is certainly not Customer 1st. They appear to be trying very hard to avoid having to speak with anyone on the phone. They are close enough that I'd happily drop in to speak with someone, but when they don't answer the phone, you cannot be sure if anyone is even there.
Small and simple with everything you need for any instrument. I just picked up some valve oil for my mellophone and my step sister took the cork on her clarinet to be fixed so they gave her a sparkling replacement until her's is fixed. Wonderful service.

I took my daughter’s concert flute to this location and They were amazing! It took 5 minutes to address what the issue was and they were so kind and knowledgeable! I will be using their services for all future needs.
We got our daughter's clarinet repaired. They promised it in a week, but had it fixed in 2 days which allowed our daughter complete her instrument test at school. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
