Alijah and Cameron WERE AMAZING. I arrived at the store with a phone that was disabled for two days due to cracking my LED screen. I was traveling from Phoenix to Texas and had stopped at numerous T-Mobile stores trying to get my phone restored and information restored. My phone is how I make my money and it's also a huge necessity when you're traveling. They not only took the time to help me restore my phone they saved all of my information and help me get it back. They were very attentive and timely I didn't even have to wait. They were extremely helpful they went above and beyond. They help restore my faith in customer service!
Well even though the service was great there at the store. Was unable to help me with my issue.
