I ordered a cookie cake over the phone and set pick up for Saturday. I go in to pick up the cake and it is not there. The owner then realizes the date was written down wrong! She apologized and asked if I could wait 30 minutes and they would have it ready. I said I would be back in an hour. She then offered to deliver the cake directly to my house to correct the error! That is awesome customer service! I appreciate the going the extra mile to make it right. I will be going to them for all of my cookie cake needs. The cake was delicious! Keep up the great work!
Sent my brother in to pickup our online order after we waited 20 minutes. To my brother’s surprise, there was only one poor lady working and managing the whole place. So our order wasn’t ready as she hadn’t seen it until he came in. He had to wait another 20 minutes for our order, as the lady was juggling uber eats/door dash orders, the phone ringing, another group coming in, while making our order at the same time. But I get that these things can happen sometimes, we’ll try again another day.
This was my first visit to Nestlé. I don't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful. Looking forward to going back real soon.
The owner is so sweet. The lunch was absolutely delicious and the cookies to die for. Will definitely be getting lunch and snacks again.
I stopped in a few weeks ago, because all of the coffee shops nearby have become exceedingly crowded. I had the mocha, and it was better than the other options nearby. This is going to be my Saturday coffee spot.
