Staff is great and they are great about helping with Good Rx
All the complaints about customer service on here. I have never had any issue, always pleasant, very helpful. Have had to run through private insurance and workers comp on a few med and the pharmacy staff are awesome to deal with.
The pharmacist wants me to use nonprescription creams and doesn’t want to fill my doctor’s script. She’s not my doctor. She just needs to fill my doctor’s order. After six days of excuses, she agrees to start counting out the pills. The next day my prescription isn’t ready because they don’t have enough pills. She should have called and let me know before I drive to the store. Very poor customer service and I don’t recommend this pharmacy!
One of there employees is the best. Her name is Gina. She deserves a lot of recognition.
I have used this pharmacy for quite a long time. Never a problem. Always helpful. Some of these complainers are people who have likely waited until the last minute to refill, or they arrive at the busiest times of the day or week. Great pharmacy and they accept discounts that save me a lot of money. No complaints here.
