UPDATE: Corey have me a call and clarified a couple things. He was able to give me the $500 price for my mattress and was very helpful in explaining the return process. I should have been a bit more vocal at the time of sale, he knows what he’s talking about. He also explained the store policies. Thanks for the help, Corey!
I wasn’t super happy with my experience in store, and I’m hoping for a better experience with delivery and the bed itself. The salesman was pretty unprofessional and didn’t really listen to the comments I was making. When I walked in he seemed to be napping on one of the beds. When I left he went back to that same bed and laid down again. During the visit he told me the price of the mattress I wanted was $500, but it rang up at $700 and he didn’t say a word about it. He didn’t mention any of the information regarding the 120-day trial period, savings opportunities, or rules regarding returns. I’m hoping this bed is worth it...
We bought a mattress here, but we decided it was a little too firm for our liking, and decided to return it and buy a slightly softer one. Cory made the process of choosing, returning, and buying a new mattress very easy! We got a great price on our mattress. Had a fantastic experience, and will likely buy my next mattress here as well.
