Need an appointment due to COVID. I called to ask a couple of questions about a table that I saw on their website. The lady that answered the phone explained it was her third day and someone would call me back. No one ever called. I sent an email asking the same questions and someone responded a few days later but only answered two of the three questions asked (not the one on price). I followed up via email twice over a two week period to get a price - no response.

They ruined a wood project that I was doing. I asked them if they could drill press circles into several pieces of wood I had. I was told no problem they would do it. They ruined every piece of wood I left. Whoever did it does not know how to use a drill press. On top of that they charged me. I would not trust them to make anything. BEWARE!!!!

We ordered a table from Ross Rustic tables on June 7th.nWe were told it would be delivered in August.nThey got behind and scheduled delivery for Sept 9th.nThe shipper lost a 500 lb table and it was finally delivered on Sept 28th.nIn the interim, it was damaged.nWe tried to work with Ross to get it repaired to no avail.nEven though they settled with the shipper they were not willing tonput in the effort to find a repair facility that they thought was reasonable ornto ship a new top to us.nWe put them in touch with several places which had good reviews locally, but Ross did not want to stand behind the repairs and decided to take the table back.nThey had someone pick it up on December 2nd, so we are back where wenstarted in June.nIt appears to me that the issue is that Ross does not want to pay for insurance on their shipments, but when you self insure you have to be willing to take a hit now and then.nIf you want to do business with someone who stands behind their products, look elsewhere
