I'm a long time T-Mobile customer and I've always had great experiences at the Rockwall location. On my most recent trip, the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. A special thank you to Esmeralda for going above and beyond in helping me set up my new phone and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend.
I came into T-Mobile today to get a new phone and I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy he was so sweet and very patient with me. he helped me set up my new phone and even teach me a thing or two about my phone so thank you so much ud83eudd70ud83eudd70
I went in today, there were only two girls and it was slammed. They did amazing with getting everyone helped as quickly as they could, even multitasking at times but still engaging well. Big props to Noami and her manager. Recommend this store
