Justin has terrible customer service. He told me that he didn't want to take time to resolve a warranty claim on a broken phone. I called customer service while in the store. Justin still refused.nnJustin decided to call someone. They instructed him to handle the claim. Still, he refused.nnI did a live chat session while in the store. The customer service rep. in the chat said that Justin should honor the warranty claim. I even showed Justin the chat session. He told me to have the person on chat honor the claim.nnUnfortunately, the claim has not been resolved.nnAvoid this location if possible.

Really bad service I drove 18 miles to this location looking for a phone that I wanted. This man came when I ask for the phone that I was looking for its was a Samsung a32 he instantly replied we don't have it even before I was finishing asking then I ask for the a21 also reply I dont have it then I ask what Samsung phones do you have he laugh and replay many. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

WARNING DO NOT ENTER, horrible customer service. He tried to sell me an old phone that I didn't want and he said that was the only phone he had in stock.

Our service was bad when we change to Sprint from ATT. And they lied about saving us money and rewards. Now that T*Mobile taken over. I have trouble talking to my daughter ,who live next door. We want out but they holding us hostage by saying we have a 2 and half year contract. All they do is lie.
