I dont know if they are worthwhile in the industry because there wasn't anyone at the location during normal business hours. I called and talked to a woman who was friendly and relayed my message to Chris. Chris asked me send pics of my phone, which I did. It has been almost a week and I never heard back from him... Very unprofessional and I would not consider returning.
