Awesome rate and just want I needed to store some things until I buy a house and get out of this tiny Apartment. Easy to get to and seems like a safe place.

My son recommended this place to me and I’m glad he did. I got my unit over the phone and The girl that works there was very sweet and patient with me when she went over the contract with me. The place looks clean and taken care of. Overall very good business

My reservation unfolded in three phases. All three phases were quick, efficient, and done with kindness. I called the new customer number and talked to a woman who was kind and directed me to call Heather.nnHeather greeted me and set me up with the desired unit. I told her I would come in the next day to get things squared away. Heather was sweet and professional and told me that Ramon would be there when I arrived to Extra Space to take care of me. On The move-in day, Ramon was patient and informative. He took the time to show me the unit and to answer all of my questions. Another customer came in as we were finalizing everything. Ramon acknowledged the new customer and finished up the process with me. The awareness, politeness, and overall customer service demonstrated by the employees was awesome.nnThe property was clean and one can tell that it is managed properly.nnTo anyone who has storage needs, you must check out Extra Space storage first and see what you think.nnThank you to the new customer hotline woman, Heather, and Ramon!nnSincerely,nnScott
