Packages marked as delivered, but aren't yet actually delivered. Tracking updates that say a delivery attempt was made, when none was. Packages delivered 3 houses down, when the houses on the street are all clearly marked. Worst shipping company in the entire universe in the history and future of mankind. Stark contrast to UPS which I never have problems getting packages delivered from. How they are still a monetarily viable company is truly astounding.
Good place to work for. Great people as in mangers and trainers. Also pay good money paid dayvis every week
98% of my packages come open or damaged. I have a camera on the street, driveway and porch. I see the delivery guys throwing the packages because they don't want to walk all the way up the drive. Many times I don't receive my packages because they were damaged beyond repair.. Pretty sad
My order had not been delivered. I called independence FedEx. They resolved my problem. It was damaged in shipment to them and they returned to sender. Good job!
I like it. I got to take a shower for free. I just wish they'd ship the loads faster. Hopefully they see this as a positive because I would like to work here sometime.
