The jury is still out. I called and made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed on my vehilcle 6 weeks ago. They said they were booked until August 29th. So I scheduled it. I stopped in on Monday, August 24 to see if there were any cancellations, hoping to get in earlier uf possible. They did not have me in the system.....nothing scheduled for the date given me a little over a month ago. I was told if I don't receive a call from them with in the week, to call them 3 days after my supposedly non scheduled date.

Long story. But in the end we got what we needed. DO NOT SCHEDULE ONLINE. I dont know why they even have that as an option. It took 3 weeks to get a call back about an issue. If you can avoid them, DO.
