The customer service at this location was great. I gave 4 stars because I showed up at 7:04pm on a Fri and they were closed. They weren't busy Sat am and I was in n out pretty quick.

Came in to upgrade my phone and get the buy one get one free deal. It was my daughters first phone and she was excited. Johnathan was our associate. Not sure if that is how you spell his name, said he was new to Verizon. Through the whole process he was looking for the next sale every time the door opened and did not pay too much attention to our needs and answering all our questions. Wanted us to take my trade in phone home and send it in instead of him doing it for us. He realized he had to do it anyways. When asking questions he would not look at me in the eyes and make a complete sentence. Not sure if he lacks sales training or maybe he is deciding if sales is for him or not. I will not be coming back to the location in the future and will not recommend to anyone with the experience my family and I received. My biggest thing that made me upset is that it was my daughters first phone and now that it ruined.

This is an awesome store. My wife came here to get my new phone. And the customer service rep was awesome. She ( Yenifer Rios ) helped her ( my wife Jackie ) with everything and explained what all was needed to have done for the finishing of my phone and everything worked out well. So I say Kudos to an awesome team at this store. If I could give more stars I would.
