Although this store normally takes care of me I feel like I overpaid yesterday and after standing there for almost an hour I was ready to go.
Great service in store and on the phone
This place is trash. The worst customer service ever.
Great place with friendly people. Chris was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I will be going to this location from now on.
If I could give no stars, I would. This place never has anything in stock. I've gone in 4 different times hoping they can help and each time I leave disappointed. I thought maybe it was the company as a whole with poor customer service BUT I drove to the one in Porter and they ARE excellent. They had exactly what I needed and there was a young lady there that was VERY VERY nice and had excellent customer service skills. UNFORTUNATELY I haven't seen her again. But I rather make the drive and go here than to the one in new caney.
