I shopped at value city furniture several times and 2/3 of those experiences where exceptional service. Provided by Lori Lewis she is a gem ud83dudc8e. Even when her coworker didn’t quite give us the excellent experience we where used to !. Lori came and saved the day and made it personal vibrant educating experience as always. Friendly service. Process was fairly fast. There was a bit of a backlog for the warehouse to get the product and that I wanted, but that doesn't have anything to do with the store. The salesman was courteous and not pushy. The delivery team was fantastic both times. Overall, genuinely positive experience.
Ali was AMAZING!! As soon as we walked in she greeted us & was so helpful from beginning to end. So friendly the whole entire time! We can’t wait to come back to work with her. Thank you Ali for making our shopping experience amazing!!
We always have a great experience at Value City. Quality furniture at a reasonable price & the staff is always friendly. Jay Smith at the Florence, KY location helped my husband and I & our 2 boys find the perfect full size mattresses for their beds. He was great with my kids & very friendly. We will definitely be back!
I had such a GREAT experience with value city! Ali Poe helped me find the most beautiful couch. She didn’t stop until I found the couch I LOVED!! her customer service was outstanding!! I walked in and she was very welcoming and nice! She made it easy to find the perfect couch!! Couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
