I have shopped Bobs when I lived on the east coast and loved this store. Good quality and lasting furniture. Great prices also. Of course I returned to Bobs now that they are in Ohio when I wanted a new sofa. Susie was great and knowledgeable. Great products and great customer service. Thank you.
The purchasing experience was great! The sales team is very helpful and not pushy. The price’s are competitive and although I’ve only received one piece so far, the white glove delivery is amazing. In my case I purchased a lamp in addition to a sectional couch. With delivery the lamp was fully assembled, put in place in the room and all garbage was removed.
Wonderful customer service and a great variety of options at a great price. Susie was very helpful and never pushy. She went above and beyond. Extremely accommodating and willing to run around the store with us, on multiple visits while we made up our mind. Can't wait for our new furniture! My salesperson at the Florence store was Kala. She did a phenomenal job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and prices. She went above and beyond to assist me in making the best decision about my investment. I greatly appreciated that. I very highly recommend her and the Bobs furniture.
We’ve been in this store several times and have had great success. This place does not have a “discount furniture” vibe, it feels more like a high end gallery. You can’t beat the selection and quality for the price. Suzie was extremely helpful assisting us with our design needs, and even stayed late to coordinate our delivery schedule. We highly recommend Bob’s.
