After buying a sofa recliner, then a sleeper love seat, and then a rocker recliner, I tried to buy a matching recliner. I was told it was no longer being made but they found one at a store in Pittsburgh. That was on November 18 and it was to arrive on November 25. I assumed that it had arrived so I went to get it on the 27. I was told that it hadn't been put on the truck and they didn't have time to call me. It is now supposed to arrive on December 8. I am not thrilled with this type of service. Avoid this store.

Purchased a leather recliner from the Florence location. Could not decide on a color, so I chose to wait a few days to decide. Went back to the Florence location after speaking with Amy, one of the sales reps about the color I chose. She mentioned that the color I chose can take on green undertone and that I may want to see it I person. I chose another color that will actually work better with my decor. All the reps at this store were extremely helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that I won’t receive my recliner for 5-6 months, no fault of the reps that work there.

Last night my wife and I purchased the Leighton sofa, chair, and ottoman, and the staff at the Florence store were exceptional. We arrived toward the end of the night, but they stayed late to take care of us. We definitely recommend this store and the brand generally.
