Dillon (apologize if I misspell, not intentional in anyway if so) did an incredible job helping pick out a new laptop today.nnHe was incredibly patient as I always have a ton of questions and helped me compare deals between best buy and other companies. Really appreciate the help and perfect customer service!! Great job..I am very impressed!!

The assistant manager, James, is a real good guy. He works hard when he’s on the clock and was a great help saving me some money when i lost my receipt for a postponed car audio install. He was very professional and quick, which I have noticed is a common theme of the employees in this store.nnHave been shopping at this Best Buy all my life. Nothing but positive things to say about the store, its staff, and its selection of products. The service is always above and beyond my expectations. Probably due to employees like James that always lead by example.

Never again.nnFirst off let me say that this place is a breeding ground for COVID-19. All customers and staff was not adhering to 6 foot distancing and most customers were not wearing masks correctly.nIt appears as if they cared more about stuffing as much “money” (customers) in there as possiblennSecondly, Would not price match target. Their website mentions price matching no matter what. I will be contacting management about this. Don’t care if it’s Black Friday or not. No signs were present in store stating price Matching was unavailable. Website even says they won’t be beat on price.guess Best Buy likes sending their loyal customers to other stores that care.nnYou are false advertising and I can sue you over that. Not like Best Buy cares anyways.nnAlso thanks for selling me a defective product.

In the age of online shopping for almost everything, BEST BUY continues to give me all the right reasons to go in person shopping! The store is bright and clean, there's always a welcoming person at the door. The employees are very helpful and more than knowledgeable enough to solve all the problems that can occur when buying phones and electronics online. I recently dealt with Madison and Tony and I had a stellar experience!!
