Rent-A-Center

If I could give no stars I would. I have been renting to own a washing machine and a dryer since 2017 payment amount approximately $34.78 a week. Since March 2020 I have had on going issues with my washing machine not working. The latest repair they did when they returned my machine they damaged my wall and baseboard. In addition they damaged the front of my machine with a big dent. My machine is still not working right either. I have been calling Rent a Center for the last month and a half and the store manager Rudy will not return my calls or rectify this. His employees are assuring me they are giving him the messages. I also just want to communicate on how poorly of a manager Rudy is. He never communicates with his customers on updates when there is a problem. So the customer is doing the work. He is also rude and unprofessional, and now he doesn't return my calls. There is too much competition out their for anyone to put up with such poor customer service. My recommendation is go with progressive leasing you won’t have problems like these with them. Filed a complaint with the BBB. There are many complaints on them there. They have a D rating. Not surprising.

Only reason I'm doing four stars is because I payed for a Xbox but can't receivenIt till two days later due to the store closing on Saturday when I went and handed the paperwork and money to the employee and the store is closed on Sunday.

Nicest people I ever met even the delivery man so helpful because of him and the older man ill be sure to tell everyone. Also be sure to come back. Couldn't believe how nice my whole experience was haven't had nice people like that anywhere you go.

The store manager, Rudy is an awesome person to be helped by. He has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable of the stores products.
