Nostalgic Video Games

I bought a used PS4 the other day and the fan system started going out. I brought it back though and since they didn't have a replacement and fixing it would cost more than it was worth they gave me every cent back that I spent. While I'm sad I don't have a PS4 again I have to say that was awesome. I definitely read my receipt and didn't expect them to do that for me. It was pretty awesome.nnAlso, that store just has awesome stuff in it. I'm a huge star wars geek so I nerded out hard with my girlfriend there two days in a row.nnIssues like that happen with used systems so I wasn't too upset. I'll still definitely go back. No doubt.

Fantastic customer service, I live almost an hour away and am more than willing to make the trip. Excellent selection for almost every system (nobody has Dreamcast games available for some reason). Knowledge staff that definitely go the extra mile.

This is my first time writing a review but these guys absolutely deserve it. Extremely helpful, extremely fair prices, and a huge selection. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back.

My go to retro gaming store, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The selection is amazing I've been to many retro gaming stores in this area and across the country as I travel as part of my job. There's not a place around the Nky/Cincinnati area with better selection. The prices can be high sometimes but you can talk with them occasionally about a item you feel should be lower. Overall though the prices are very market fair. They even have a great customer loyalty program that let's your earn discounts! Highly recommend if you collect retro toys/videogames!

Love Nostalgic. Been to other stores locally and a few others traveling in the region, and the selection of titles is 2nd to none. Wish I could get in there more!!!
