Thank you so much everyone working tonight. You are all amazing! Not only did you work with me not having a mask but you fixed my phone for nothing. I tried to call to thank you when I left, but got recording. Thank all of you so much for your kindness! If it weren't for the rona I would have come in and kissed all your faces! Yes I stood outside to respect company rules. It was the best trip to sprint ever. Thank you all so very much! Love to all of you and your family through all this insanity ❤.

I took my phone into the store because it wouldn't take a charge. They told me it had moisture in it and i would need a new a new phone. I knew it had never been wet. Took it to a different store and they cleaned where you plug it in and now works fine. Switching my whole family and work phones to a different carrier.

Tony was extremely helpful and we were able to return a damaged phone with less cost and upgrade without issue. Unfortunately he tried to upsell me everything in the store, but other than that it was a great experience!

I’ve been with this company for 20yrs until today the manager or host I’m really not sure with his lack of professionalism was so rude my wife and I are older and they treated us like we were less than i was trying to actually add my wife to my plan and I had to go with a different company just because of how terrible the service was i hope they can get some better employees in there fast times are hard for companies right now and people are really searching for good employment SAD
