Cincinnati Bell Store

Horrible internet our speed was never better than 5 to 10 megs. Tv signal never consistent over all rating from 0-10, 3 because not all can reps were horrible!!! Bell needs to fix these issues in our area if you can’t provide fioptics then fix your antique/vintage copper lines.

They were great.. Nick Mounce was very good.. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell...

Kayla was quick, professional, friendly, and safe (wearing a mask). Only took a few minutes to process my request.

I changed my WiFi to highest one available and it was not working great still. They told me to go into store and get a better router. I went and spoke to Kayla and she was amazing. So nice and answered so many questions before I literally asked them. She offered me the google WiFi router which was a game changer for sure. She looked into my bill and helped me there. Helped me understand the setup on everything. Thank you! Def a great experience for sure. I don’t find that often anymore
