Tried to schedule a repair with them yesterday. Was told to just come it. I come in and they dont have the screen for my phone. I wonder how you could avoid something like that? Maybe schedule repairs so you know what is being brought in? Another check mark in the long list of dog**** customer service experiences. Can't wait to leave these guys I miss Sprint.
I spent a good long time in the store today (to no fault of the staff!). Everyone including but not limited to Matt, Danny, Andi, and Devin were not only so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, but definitely went out of their way to help me pass time and make me feel welcome. Thank you guys so much for a great experience!
My vist at t-mobile was good, they got to me right away and took care of changing my other 3 phones Sim cards from sprint to t-mobile
Been waiting in line for 15 minutes now. It’s the only thing I don’t like about this visit. Every other time it’s been an alright wait but today. Very good customer service with good hospitality. I’ll come back but hopefully the wait time is shortened. They need more employees, there is only 4 people in the store, 4 employees and me and another person r waiting.... hmmm
The staff here is simply the best of the best. The sales guys are extremely helpful and really want to make sure you know what you’re getting. The manager, Ted, is super friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares about all of his customers. 10/10 guys, keep rocking it!!
