Great customer service! If they don't have my size in the store, they order it. The rewards program and store credit card make it easy to save quite a bit on my purchases.
Love this store when shopping for my wife. Whatever the occasion, I am always able to find several items to purchase. Friendly staff, parking right in front of the building. This is definitely one of my 'go-to' stores.
I have shopped this store for many years. Love the value of the garments with true sizing for mature women but up to date styles too Love the color lots match with each item so it is so easy to create an outfit.nBut I have sadly gave a one star for the drop in customer service at the Crestview locationnIt seems that helping s customer find what they are looking for is no longer a priority. When employee states she has been so busy waiting on customers that she has not completed her work in the back to finish her “ other job “ - you don’t feel like you business us valued .nIt seems then you are short staffed and the customers don’t come first.nCalled to address my concerns with the manager and got a short - when I get a minute I will call you back. I had also called about exchanging a jean jacket I ordered on line to see if they had a smaller size in the store.nSurprise - never got a call back !n3/4 of my closet is from this store !nJoy who is no longer there was fabulous !nI actually found myself helping customers myself the last time I was in the store find items.nDon’t see any other comments like mine here but people have shared with me personally about the changenSad to say you won’t hear from them !nThey just won’t shop at your store anymore !
I love their styles. Clothes are made well. Love new colors they have now.
