I love wal-mart doesn't get any better just close early

Place is always organized chaos. There will be 300 customers in the store 2 registers open. Then we get to the U-scan lanes with their employees which apparently are still in training.

Customer service and management doesn't listen to there customers or vendor's. Very rude!!!!!!!!! Customer's wait forever for service's especially in hardware and jewelry. Customer's be told help will be coming and nobody shows up! If they do come they be to busy or have a attitude and don't care about complaints. Got a hold too a store manager before and was told that management was doing their job when I stated I never seen her before in that store working. They don't like to be disturb either.Food be on shelves open or drinks. Front end or managers they don't walk there store's.Employees don't have adequate supplies to place thing's properly on shelves because they have nothing to use to scan for location of that product.smh So it be just stuck anywhere especially in there rice and international isles or enough printer's to correct price's.

This place always feels gloomy. I think your teams need to examine customer satisfaction and what it takes to achieving better expectations. The atmosphere needs a lift. I would love to mange these people. Show your customers they matter and you care about what they need. Love you customers and not their money being spent.

I use the pharmacy at the Florence, KY location. My meds are always ready when they're promised and the staff is very friendly. I also use the pickup service. I order on line and pickup at the time I choose. They are always fast and friendly. They always bring out the groceries, right away, load them in my car and I'm on my way. Easy, easy, easy!
