I recently shopped at Bob Mills and enjoyed looking without stalkers. I like that the sales persons introduce themselves and welcome you to the store. They are always available to answer questions. They go out of their way to make your shopping experience pleasant and fun. Thank you to Denton for making my shopping experience fun and pleasant. I encourage all who are looking for furniture to go to Bob Mills before going any where else.
Nice selection of type of furniture we were looking for. Good salesman that was there to answer questions, but not follow us every step as we looked. This was the great part!nWe were told the furniture was in stock and would be delivered to the store quickly, within the timeframe we desired. On that day I called to make sure it arrived and was told it had. I showed up after work to pick it up and take it home. I was told by the young lady in the office it had not arrived and it might “possibly” be here in two days, but she wasn’t sure. I’d just have to call back and see if it arrived. This didn’t sit well with me as I arranged for transportation to pick up the furniture and timed it with my days off and the fact that I live 90 miles from the store! Still don’t have the furniture or a delivery date! Quite possible that we get a refund!nnBut again, nice selection and quality salesman!
We did a lot of shopping at different furniture stores looking for the right furniture at the right price, and I can truly say that none provided the EXCELLENT customer service that we received from Bob Mills!! Our salesman, Sam, was extremely helpful and patient as we tried to determine what would look best in our house. The Manager was great as well. They were also willing to switch pillows on the sofa set I was buying if I wanted. If you've done any shopping for living room sets and didn't like the pillows, you know it's huge that they wanted us to be happy with the pillows too!! Anyway, I could go on, but will just sum everything up as Exceptional customer service during and after purchase, great product and great prices!!
I love the service I got when I came into the door. The Gentleman that help us was very polite. He helped us pick out the dresser I wanted and help load it in our car. He thanked us for coming and wanted us to come back. We will come back anytime. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks.
We went to four other furniture stores before ending up at Bob Mills. The service at Bob Mills was incredible! Super fast delivery too! Just a fantastic buying experience from beginning to end.
