Had to order a new mattress after using one I had ordered but was not happy with, it was too firm . I had it 30 days. Easy reorder and return. Bianca was helpful. Anthony the delivery man was very courteous and efficient. Great service overall!!
Y’all were great helping my Mom pick out a mattress. You kept it in layaway until we were ready to have it delivered. Every time I spoke to someone on the phone you were very helpful and accommodating for our situation. The guys that delivered it were very nice and efficient, they came right in and set it up quickly. Thank you so much for everything.
Carol was very professional and knowledgeable. We were shown a variety of mattresses and Carol allowed us to try each one. There was no pressure selling and we were given ample time to make our decision.nnThe two gentlemen that delivered the new mattress were very friendly and efficient.nnWe prefer and like buying local and we are really enjoying and completely satisfied with our new mattress.
Waco Mattress Center is the BEST place in TEXAS to buy your mattresses!! We live out of town and still bought our mattresses for our new house from here! Carol is the absolute best there is in knowledge of products, friendliness and professionalism! Bianca and Alec went above and beyond to finalize our purchases! And you cannot match or beat the greatest delivery guys in Waco!
The salesman was very kind and polite! The prices were within my budget range. The delivery guys was nice enough to bring in my new mattress and haul the old! The guys saved me @ least $150-200! Thanks Waco Mattress Center!
