This store is always amazing. I drive 20 minutes to get here, compared to the other three stores much closer to me, because no other stores properly resolve my issues or questions. The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. They work quickly and always ensure the best customer service. I’m never disappointed after leaving this location.
Needed a repair for cracked screen. Every employee I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was out of there within 30 minutes with a fully repaired phone.
Didn't get to talk to a manager and everytime I go there I leave madder than ever. Never can I get my problem corrected.
Great place, the techs are amazing and great help. I enjoy coming here everyone is nice and helpful.
Mr Sam at t-mobile helped us today. He was very nice helped brake down are phone agreement to were we understood it. He was so very helpful talked about getting ready to switch over from sprint. When my husband and I left the store we were pleased customers!!! That young man took very good care of us thank you!
