Christian was an ultimate caring talented professional. He corrected a mistake made by someone in the Grapevine Verizon store. It was a complex issue that he did not create. He alsonhelped me choose the right new telephone and accessories and efficiently transferred all mynData to the new phone and even paired it to my car. I highly recommend Christian.

Upon arriving i was greeted in a warm friendly fashion! I was then exposed to excellent customer service and the utmost respect. They were able to handle my needs with relative ease. Very impressed and satisfied!
My experience yesterday at this store was great. Quick and friendly service from Thomas. He answered my questions and took care of my issue quickly. I was not treated well at the other Verizon locations in town so thought I'd try this business and I'm so glad I did!
