Awesome customer service as well as great prices and deals for the quality service you pay for! Definitely telling my family and friends to go there for any issue.
I don't know what's this place is, they are very polite and nice ,. But also unhelpfully, so I can't give them a nice review? I had a modem that was sent to me in the mail. The AT& T thechnician couldn't install my modem and he refused to take the modem took 6 weeks and lots of driving to the at& T stores wanting to return said modem. Those ppl In those AT& T building a are useless
Went to this store on 12/30 to transfer 2 lines and add 3 lines to a new account. The store on Waco Dr. did not want to help us and told us we had to call customer service to transfer the 2 lines. This is lie because Christina was able to do it in the store without calling customer service. Christina spent a couple of hours fixing a problem with the 3 lines we were transferring over and stayed past their closing time. We appreciate the help.
I've had at&t internet and cell phone service foreeever. Talked to a lot of cs reps. Too many. Christina is the only person i want to deal with from now on. If you go into the wooded acres location, i highly recommend her. I drive past 2 other locations to get her help. The best!
After Hurricane Laura destroyed Lake Charles AT&T was the only company that had phone service. They were fast connecting my phone # to a new phone. I’m very please with them and will never go back to Sprint.
