Erica is the best!!! and the sales guy, I don’t recall his name but they made me so feel comfortable and friendly. It was just overall the best experience!

Only real issue I have is the payment system online, half the time it don't process your payment and when you call them they speak to you as you lied about even making the payment. More empathy from in store employees would be nice & fix the online payments to work properly.

Francisco is completely unprofessional. He called me and because he didn’t like my tone he hung up on me. When I called back he put me on hold and never answered back. Called back again and got the manager, Erika, who then says since she didn’t hear the phone call she can’t comment on what he said and basically defended him. Awful customer service and tacky employees. Do not go to this store!!nSide comment: I wasn’t even rude. He asked what time I would make my payment and I responded “I don’t know” then dial tone. Really?

Everyone at this store is rude! Complete lack of professionalism. Do not do business with this store or the company for that matter. There are ways to go about it rather than being rude and threatening to your customers. It seems from the other reviews that I am not the only customer to experience this. Management at the upper level needs to address this issue.

Never use the Aaron’s on Bosque in Waco. They are the rudest people you can ever work with. I was in the hospital for 156 days and I got behind by a month. They were blowing my friends phones up and then not only were they beating my door down they were beating on my walls and windows. I thought the cops were at my house. They were by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Please don’t ever use this company. I will never use them again.nnAaron’s continues to be the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I have continued to be hospitalized and they continue to use unprofessional tactics to receive payments. They call my friend that lives in Alaska at 5am in the morning. They beat on my walls door and windows. They call scores of times during they day and this is all for missing one payment. I repeat I’m 1 payment behind. On top of that the prices they charge are highway robbery. I have paid for this TV five times over what it’s worth. Please never use this company.
