BEWARE!!nI placed an order with Florida tile weeks ago.nThe day we were to begin our project, Austin called and told me that our shower tile has been placed on a month long back order! Yes, a month.nLuckily, we hadn’t torn our costumers shower out. We were minutes from doing so.nI immediately informed our costumer of the bad news. She was not happy.nHowever, we found a solution. Same color tile, different size. We agreed that it would still look as great. Crisis averted. .. so I thought.nJust now ( weeks after we purchased our floor and wall tiles ) Austin calls me back and tells me that now the shower floor tile has been placed on a month long back order. Then proceeds to attempt to talk over me and blame the other company. Yes, blame the other company. With no resolve.nThey are making sales and taking people’s money for products that they aren’t even sure they can get.nThis is very deceitful and wrong.nBe aware. If you purchase from here for a project, GET YOUR MATERIAL IN HAND BEFORE BEGINNING ANY WORK!!

Just wanted to let your customers know how much we appreciated the help and advice that we received from your associate, Ashley Pullen. Never once did she push her opinion or rush us to make a decision, but only gave her time and ask appropriate questions in which to guide us The final project turned out amazing! The person who worked with us,Brittany was extremely patient and professional. The hours make it hard to manage getting there but the selection was beautiful.

Very nice people and showroom. Prices are on average with other tile shops in area. More expensive then the L and HD but your getting better service and choices.

This was my first time visiting Florida Tile & I could not be happier with the experience. I had no idea what I was looking for, but the girls that helped me got an immediate sense for my style & picked out some amazing options for my kitchen remodel. Brandy is extremely knowledgeable & was a huge help along with Megan. They were both professional & so easy to work with. I definitely will be going back for future projects. Thanks ladies!!!
