UPDATED REVIEW:nnMuch better customer service and willing to sell hot donuts if you get there early enough. But beware of the hot donuts!!! They are like warm circles of addictive goodness that sill hypnotize you to come back and eat more than you should. LOL.
These are the best as always! I recently was introduced to the Sugar Donuts & Cinnamon/Sugar Donuts and they are the best! I'm not a big fan of glazed donuts so these really hit the spot!
Fast service. Friendly staff. Good selection of donuts. Kolaches are alittle skimpy on meat unless you get the Big Earl and Cheese, which is my favorite.
If I could give it no stars I would. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru my order was wrong. So today I decided to go in, worst mistake ever. I stood in line for almost 20 mins. The lady who was taking orders was slow like she didn’t wanna be there, almost like we the customers were inconveniencing her. The coffee I ordered was tasted old and nasty so I threw it out. Never ever will I be going back to Shipley’s.nnJACK AND JILL’S WILL BE GETTING MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.
When I got there I ordered for Cherry filled Donuts they only had two she said because the morning shift was missing people that called in or something so I ordered the two Cherry filled Donuts to lemon-filled Donuts chocolate milk ham and cheese kolache sausage cheese kolache when I got home I had no Cherry filled donuts and that was the whole purpose of going for my wife very unpleased but the service did I got I'll make the drive down Waco Drive next time Shipley's on 18th and Waco Drive instead of going to the one on Lakeshore
