This place is wonderful everything is fresh we like to enjoy I like to go and spend time with friends family and you had to have a little patience because it’s so busy all the time but after you got your pretzel you enjoyud83dude01
Staff put out my frozen lemonade and another customer took it. Asked for another one and they gave me a regular. Pointed out the error and was told I was wrong and couldn’t get my original order. Absolutely rude drink staff. Table that took it realized they did. Cashier was nice. Went here every Waco visit and will no longer be buying from here.
I went yesterday around 8 and the cashier that was on at that time was SPECTACULAR! Monica made sure to get our Order correct and quick! The pretzels were delicious
I really LOVE their Original Pretzel with Salt!
We went to Auntie Anne's near closing so I understand they were trying to get ready to leave but it took a while for them to notice us standing in line and while I was ordering one of the workers was cleaning the glass display next to us and sprayed and of course it got on us. I am pregnant and I don't appreciate aspirating cleaning supplies. Then we went to sit down at one of the tables and they were all filthy. The pretzels were delicious, but the service wasn't great.
