I went in today to just pick up a cake. Whatever they had available. I was pleased to find out that, not only did I get a new flavor, I was able to get it decorated on the spot! I picked up a serving set as well!nMy experience today was Excellent!!!

I have had cakes at other locations and encouraged my family to visit while we were traveling through Waco. The cakes are wonderful don’t get me wrong, but the service was horrible! The staff was snappy and rude when we walked in. And on top of that, they don’t have forks for our cakes! How are you gonna serve individual cakes and not have forks? Go to the dollar tree and get a big package of plastic forks for customers!!! I have been to many other locations that make customers feel welcomed and leave happy. Don’t waste your time here. I refuse to support a business that doesn’t value their customers.

My wife brought a cake and I went to go pick it up on Christmas Eve, at first the lady was kind then she returned from the back with an attitude. She then said hear you go and went away from me, no thank you, no come back again, or have a merry Christmas, nothing just left. So I was like is this the right cake she said yes red velvet, how do I know she didn’t give me a receipt or anything so I called my wife what kind of cake did you order. Then the lady said Is something wrong. Yes women how do I know this is the right cake. You didn’t say anything but hear you go. I should have waited for the women that was nice on the other side. The lady I’m talking about is the one with the long brown bushy hair. As you walking in the door she was on the left hand side. About 2:30 Christmas Eve. I talked to the store manager and told her what you did. Mean women. Take some customer service classes. We all are customers, all race’s. (Mean women).

I didn't know what flavor I wanted so I order 5 different mini bundt cakes. I just had major shoulder surgery and this place helps pick me up when I'm down. What was even better was they delivered right to my home since I can't drive right now. Delivery was also reasonable and fast. I'm very pleased with the service and the bundt cakes are awesome, as usual. Thank you so much nothing bundt cakes.

Good cake that is ready to go and well priced! I tried the white chocolate raspberry today and I wish there had been more raspberry involved but it was good and appropriately priced. Friendly staff!
