The drive thru customer service personel was very rude. She was very overwhelmed obviously and annoyed that I hadnt pre-ordered. I didnt realize that was an option. She didnt even explain how that was possible- via web or app or in person. I understand theyre very busy at 7:30 am but I was already aware of the wait. She does not need to be short or have an annoyed tone when helping customers. She also seemed annoyed that she had to ask me to repeat my order. She was the only enployee I interacted with and left me frustrated.nnOtherwise they were speedy on getting me through for how busy they were.
The owner of this particular establishment needs an education in how to speak to people. Jason, following a simple question was extremely pompous, arrogant and rude. First he asked me to speak up 5/6 times while taking my drive thru order, while he was standing less than 2 feet from me outside the passenger window. Only to laugh at me and harass me after asking if they carried a certain drink as the menu is not posted. I would HIGHLY suggest finding a different Shipleys in town or another establishment as this owner clearly does not care about the service rendered.
I love Donuts! This has been the only place I've gotten donuts from in Waco.
Always fast and hot. They have a ton of people working so you're never waiting for long.
Best apple fritters in town!
