Great ice coffee BUT we ordered food as well. They made us wait over 10 minutes. Didn’t have it ready. Then took forever to get a refund as their staff was goofing off, eating, etc. super unprofessional.nnOh and I walk in to see a sign that shows why it’s ever rated a 5 star Because they bribe you ud83dude02nnIt’s been over 40 minutes now just to get my refund because they didn’t have the food I ordered.nnThe “general manager” jay came to the front. She did not even greet me until I asked if she was the manager. Refused to give a refund. Refused to give me anything and said she’d call on Monday to figure it out. Extremely rude unprofessional and did not treat or value me as a customer.nnOnly two girls were working up front until I came in the store and after trying to reason with the manager all of sudden there were five employees “working”. Customers turned away behind me because they weren’t being assisted.

It was very yummy!! Lots of choices for your coffee drinks and sugar free options are the best for me!! I appreciate the sugar free options because of my diet needs. The staff was very friendly and fast! 5 ud83cudf89ud83cudf89ud83cudf89ud83cudf89ud83cudf89 from DJ Kimmy K!

Great iced coffee! Super friendly staff! The lady helped me pick out what I wanted plus I got 1st respoders discount!

Ridiculous! The Hewitt store is awful! Always inconsistent, never answered the phone. They are always out of something or something is broken. You can't call to see if they have it before you have to sit in line for 20 min. The staff is very sweet but the management is awful and so disorganized. Ill just go to the one in Waco.

Arrived at 10 a.m. and the door was locked. Employees were serving drive through and continued to look at the people out front waiting by the door. Didnt care to let us know that they were not serving inside or even simply put up a sign.
