We stop at this Baskin Robins and Dunkin location all the time! Excellent service and always very clean. It’s the perfect combination for an afternoon kid treat and mom pick-me-up coffee!
Never have all the flavors. Their “systems go down” all the time. Possibly the worst managed BR in Texas.
They are always out of something when we attempt to go. We get cookies n’ cream on a waffle cone. Super easy and they are always out of one of these. What is an ice cream place that can’t seem to order enough. We won’t be back.
As others have said they fail at the easiest part of business. Supply & Demand, and it’s NOT because a line is out the door. My family owns several companies and it’s painful to see them always out of something. Why franchise and start a business to just go out of it? Thats what will happen with reviews like these and not taking care of your customers. Get it together guys.
Sooooooo slow, have to repeat order 3-4x, no handmade cones & no offer to make them (the past 2 visits)nGood grief! On Sunday outings, ppl like ice cream.nThe girl said there were 2 cones- a pointy one and one like Dairy Queen. Really???nOurs was stale, chewy.nThis franchise owner needs to step up!
