Waited for several minutes for service at the register to the far right beneath the menu while 4 employees chatted behind the counter. Finally moved to a cashier to the left and she moved to the register i'd just stepped away from, only to wait on another couple. The other 3 ladies stepped away from the counter until I finally asked for service. The cashier was in no way friendly or welcoming. Food was awesome as always, service was horrible if you consider they weren't busy!
Staff was kind and caring. The wait was short. Nice clean and spacious eat area. Food was amazing.
The food here is always good, never had any issues there. But everything is so overpriced. For two sandwiches and two cups of soup our Total was over $30.
Again we were missing part of our order! Panera will not resend missing items. Do they not understand that a meal is missing for someone in the family. We will never order from Panera again.
I like Panera.Before the pandemic, I would go there often. And I do plan on going back after the pandemic. However my visit to the Crestview Panera was concerning, and I feel I need to write a review. I've never written a review before. The people who prepared my food were not wearing masks and they were very close to each other. The dining room spaces were not being cleaned regularly. Again, I like Panera and I will come back. But not until this health scare is over. if dining rooms are open there needs to be some special precautions right now.
