Like forget about how good the bagels are, the team here is top notch! Fast, friendly, and outstanding!! Everyone here is so outgoing and nice. I love their engery in the morning and they keep the line moving while treating you like gold. You can't teach such great customer service! Always my favorite place to go in the CVG airport!
Good service and selection. The bagels tasted a bit undercooked - making them quite chewy - let’s call them “al dente.” But it is a subjective observation and may be the way some like their bagels?nnI like how the everything bagel had a lot of “everything” on it. The only thing I could have wished for in that bagel is a bit of salt. Oh, and scallion cream cheese without bacon in it. But that’s just me.
Great bagels, nice staff, fast service. I recommend the cinnamon bagel.
