The manager Jordan was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. My sales person, Wayne was great too. Furniture was delivered and assembled, everybody was so nice. They even called me throughout with updates and checking to see how my new bedroom furniture was. Excellent. Will go back EVERY time.
Jasmine was so the person that helped our family pick out new furniture and she was so patient with us and kind to us! I appreciate it too when you are working with customer service and they are sweet to your kiddos. I am so glad that there are still sweet people like her working with the public helping others. She did a great job!
I called to order an ottoman to go with my new couch that I purchased one month ago and the lady that helped me was so sweet and professional! She took my order and I paid over the phone and it will be here in three weeks!! I just love our Ashley Store and all the kind staff that work there! I highly recommend them for your furniture needs!
The delivery guys were very efficient and nice. This is the 2nd time they have delivered furniture to my house and I appreciate their hard work. The employees have been very helpful with all of our recent orders.
My Wife and I were looking for a new dining room table, we visited several local furniture stores and did not really see anything we liked. We also had a very bad experience with one of them. We went to Ashley and as soon as we entered we were immediately greeted by Randy, who was so helpful.
