Went to this store and was greeting by Bo. He did wonderful.Just as sweet as could be and very good customer service skills. I wish it were like this at wvery store I walked in to.

Jimmy Turner assisted me with the purchase of my new Note 10. He was very knowledgeable and happy to assist me with my needs. I would recommend for everyone to experience the great customer service he provides. He made the experience with T-Mobile a great one.....

I've never experienced such poor service in my entire life. The Saturday morning I went, the young women was incompetent, beyond unfriendly (cold), misinformed me that data could not be transferred from an Android to Iphone, and told me that by not being a T-Mobile store, they couldn't help me. Etc. Etc. Another Metro by T-Mobile store (Clarksville St.) did assist me when I went there after that bad experience.
